1. For Travel Within 15 Days

• Bookings are non-refundable.

2. For Travel Within 15–30 Days

• 50% of the total booking amount is charged as a cancellation penalty. The remaining balance is refunded.

3. For Travel After 30 Days

• 25% of the total booking amount is charged as a cancellation penalty. The remaining balance is refunded.

4. Refund Exclusions

• No refunds are provided for cancellations during peak or blackout dates.
• Refunds for payments made in international currencies are subject to prevailing exchange rates.

5. Security Deposit Refunds

• The full security deposit is refunded in case of cancellation or if the guest is unable to check in.

6. Cancellation Process

• Cancellations or modifications must be communicated via email to be considered valid.

7. Taxes

• All displayed prices are subject to an 18% GST.
