1. Role of Avitas
- Avitas operates as a facilitator, arranging rentals between clients and property owners.
- Avitas collects rental payments, deposits, and service charges on behalf of the property owner.
- The company’s responsibility is limited to arranging rentals; it is not liable for the provision, quality, or maintenance of the accommodation or related services.
- Any concerns or issues related to the property should be reported directly to the property owner’s local representative.
- Avitas can assist in resolving issues during office hours or via email.
- Guests may use all amenities at their own risk. Any damages caused to the property, amenities, or appliances will be charged to the guest.
- Smoking and drug consumption or possession are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in termination of stay and a police complaint.
- A security deposit is collected at check-in and refunded within 72 hours after check-out, provided no damages are caused. Damages will be deducted from the deposit.
- Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM unless confirmed otherwise. Late check-outs are subject to fines:
- ₹4,000 for up to 2 hours.
- ₹10,000 for up to 5 hours.
- Full-day charge for delays over 6 hours.
- Contaminating the pool will result in a minimum fine of ₹15,000.
- Pets are allowed with prior permission and a pet fee. Guests are responsible for ensuring no damage is caused by pets.
- House parties or events not pre-approved will incur fines. Alcohol is permitted for guests aged 25 and above.
- Avitas and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or expenses caused by third-party suppliers or contractors.
